LIMITATIONS

Only residents in jurisdictions where such participation is legal are allowed to participate in Play Casino Online playing. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS & UNUSED BONUS AMOUNTS

A Player's account will be deemed as an 'Inactive Account' if it has not been accessed for at least six calendar months, counted from the last time a player performed an action on the account. Once an account has been deemed to be inactive, the account holder will be notified by the casino via e-mail of any balance remaining in the account. The account holder will then have fourteen days from the date the email had been sent to access the account and claim the balance. If the player has not claimed the remaining balance within the 14 day period, the account will be closed and the remaining balance will be forfeited to the casino. Any bonus amount given by the casino, will be considered an 'Unused Bonus' if the player has not wagered the full amount of the bonus within thirty (30) days of the bonus amount being deposited into the player's account. Once a bonus amount has been deemed to be Unused, the casino may, at its discretion, deduct this bonus amount from the player's account. If the Terms and Conditions of an individual promotion include a clause regarding the maximum amount in time in which a bonus must be used, that clause will prevail over the 30 day period clause
